Chicago Fire Juniors of Mississippi Joins Rush

Chicago Fire Juniors of Mississippi will officially become the Mississippi Rush, June 1st, 2014.

Technical Director Kenny White officially signed the Licensing & Services Agreement to make this the 31st Rush club in the United States. "We are extremely excited about our partnership with the Rush. We as an organization are constantly striving to keep or club at the forefront of youth soccer development. This partnership allows us to be a part of the largest soccer club in the world. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship," said White.

"Servicing the entire state of Mississippi and 600 members, Mississippi Rush are looking forward to the new partnership," added Kevin Johns, Coaching Director.

"Erik Bushey, current Technical Director of Colorado Rush, was once the Director of Coaching of Jackson Futbol Club, which merged with the Chicago Fire Juniors of Mississippi. Due to that relationship it was a natural fit to join the Rush," said White.

“This is clearly our best partner to date.  We are very honored.  This club is progressive thinking and will bring a lot if value to the Rush” says Tim Schulz, President & C.E.O of Rush Soccer.

Interesting Club facts: Justin Mapp who plays for the Montreal Impact was a Member.  Along with Kellen Gulley, Chicago Fire.  The club has also had numerous players involved with the National team programs both on the male and female sides.
