05.18.15-SurveysaysThanks to the Rush families who participated in the recent national Rush Family Survey!  It’s helpful to hear feedback and update club information.

Here are a few highlights from the anonymous survey in which all Rush members nationally were invited to participate:

-          1,774 Rush families provided feedback

-          The typical Rush family has 2.1 kids with 1.4 kids playing for Rush

-          45% of parents have a college degree and an additional 31% have a post-graduate degree

-          Kids’ participation drops off after age 12, which mirrors national trends

-          Families are very active

-          78% of families will check out an offer provided by a club partner and 12% will definitely use an offer from a partner

-          Nearly 50% of families will highly recommend Rush to family and friends, which means on a scale of 0 to 10, they rated Rush 9 or 10

-          Families like the player development, coaching, structure and opportunities associated with Rush

-          Families would like to see fewer politics, more structure with tryouts, more information about how sponsors help and less emphasis on competitive teams
