New Mexico Rush Win 2 State Cup Titles

NM Rush captured the 2 NMYSA State Championships this May.  The NM Rush Nike 98B and Nike 95B (picture at right) both won their state cups in convincing fashion.  The Nike 98B (below) won the U13B Final vs. RVFC 98 2-0 scoring the first goal of the match 15 seconds after kicking off.  Throughout the tournament the Nike 98B scored 21 goals and gave up none.  The Nike 95B won their fourth consecutive State Championship defeating Alameda Athletico 4-0.  Nike 95B got four goals form three different player on route to capturing their U16B NMYSA State Cup Championship.  The NM Rush Nike 94B lost in the U17B NMYSA Finals 1-0 to RVFCU, but will be attending the Far West Regionals on a FWRL Wildcard berth.
