Rush Senegal Adorns Project Handclap Gear
It was all smiles at the Alassane Djigo stadium in Pikine a surburb of Dakar, home of the Rush Senegal Football Club, as the young players received the Project Handclasp materials donated under the Rush REACH program.
The occasion was graced by the presence of Rush CEO Tim Shultz who personally oversaw the delivery of the items at the Dakar port a few days earlier.
The items were received by Tassirou Diallo, the President of the Rush Senegal Club and witnessed by the Mayor of Pikine Mr. Ann, who expressed pleasure for the presence of Rush academy in his ward. Children drawn from the club’s different categories turned to and were dressed in the colorful new uniform and marvelled at the new balls and other gear that have now become theirs thanks to the handclasp program.
