Another Rush GK Signs Pro!!

Colorado Rush Alumni, Dave Martin, has just signed a contract with the Fort Lauderdale Strikers. Dave is the third Rush goalkeeper to sign a professional contract this spring (Erich Marscheider – Houston Dynamo and Famara Bojang - Minnesota Stars) and the 5th player overall this spring (Danielle Foxhoven - FC Energy Voronezh and Ryan Kawulok – Portland Timbers).

Dave played for the Rush during his U15 – U18 years before heading off to play college soccer at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2006-2009. In 2006 he earned a spot on the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie team as well as an All-Conferene selection in 2007 and 2008.

After attending the Strikers open try-out, Dave was invited to pre-season where he earned his contract.
