A team of U12 boys from Gambia Rush recently visited the United States where they were hosted by families within the Colorado Rush. While in Colorado, the Gambian boys received a gift from the R.E.A.C.H. program, New Cleats! Over the past few months, Rush clubs from across the country have shipped in thousands of jerseys, shorts, balls and cleats. All of this gear is being processed and sent to R.E.A.C.H. partners across the world. While in Colorado, the boys were given used cleats to wear during their stay and bring home at the end of their travels. Many of the boys arrived in the States without soccer shoes or socks. Upon receiving their gear, the Gambian boys played the Colorado U12 Nike boys, U16 Nike Girls and U13 Rush Pikes Peak boys, along with other soccer activities.
