Kendall Soccer Coalition (Kendall SC) Joins Rush Soccer

New York, NY (May 3, 2019) - Rush Soccer is excited to announce its newest club, Miami Rush Kendall SC, based out of Miami, Florida. Formerly Kendall SC, the elite club has experienced success at some of the highest levels of youth soccer, generating nationally ranked Development Academy teams and producing players who have attended national team training camps in recent years.

Kendall SC’s vision of becoming a Top 25 Development Academy Program in the country fits well in line with Rush Soccer’s vision ‘to partner with like-minded clubs around the world and create a player base which is unmatched in both quality and quantity.  Elite players developed within this base will eventually feed into a professional team representing one of the most recognized brands in the world.’

Kendall SC, like Rush Soccer, has always desired to provide a soccer experience where enjoyment and passion for the game combines with purposeful development, helping players recognize available pathways for achieving their highest goals on the field while obtaining life skills to better society.

As a nationally and internationally recognized soccer organization with over 35,000 players in 36 states in the U.S. and another 41 countries across 6 continents, Rush Soccer has a cooperative system to share training and club development information with its affiliate clubs, which in turn creates an extensive network of unified clubs across the country who desire to grow stronger in the game, together.

Rush youth players also gain from this large network, as Rush clubs work together to give players guest-playing experiences in the Rush DA Affiliate Program, or at competitive soccer showcases across the country. Joining Rush Soccer’s comprehensive network of clubs and coaches is the right next step for Kendall SC, who is continually working to open up opportunities for its players to compete at the highest levels beyond the youth game.

Rush Soccer’s College Advisory Program (CAP) has created a comprehensive network of over 60 college coaches who either head or assist at local college programs while also representing their local Rush clubs. This network, along with College Exposure Camps, will enable Miami Rush Kendall SC players to be seen by a wider range of programs, just by being a part of the Rush.

Renatto Soriano, Boys Technical Director at the club, expresses his excitement for what Rush’s Soccer network can do for all our players:

“I am looking forward to building relationships among the Rush Soccer coaches and staff across the country. The ability to add options to players’ pathways by giving them access to more college coaches domestically, and provide a greater potential to play professionally abroad is phenomenal.”

Rush Soccer’s partnership with Capelli Sport is another exciting aspect of joining the Rush for Kendall SC, who is continually working to develop top-level talent. Future pathways to Capelli Sport-sponsored professional teams like Duisburg, Köge, Inter Allies, and Panachaiki could become viable options for Rush players in Miami in the coming years.

Tim Schulz, Rush Soccer’s President and CEO, expresses equal levels of enthusiasm for this new addition to the Rush brand:

“We are very excited to have such an elite club join the Rush. In a time when the DA has changed so much over the years, Kendall SC has stayed strong and made playoffs continuously. They’ve also placed players within the US National team system. This is an exciting day for the Rush.”
