Each year at Summit, we shine a spotlight on the clubs that go above and beyond in growing the game and living out the Rush Way. Our five annual awards highlight the standout efforts happening across the country, on and off the field.

The Rush Rising Award honors the club with the largest year-over-year player growth. The Rush Alliance Award recognizes outstanding cooperation and partnership between Rush clubs. The Heart of the Game Award celebrates the club making the greatest impact in their local community. The Best in Brand Award is given to the club with the strongest digital presence and most consistent branding across platforms. The Pitch Excellence Award highlights the club with the best on-field performance, measured through league success and Select player placement.

Oguchi Onyewu

Oguchi Onyewu is a former U.S. Men’s National Team standout with 69 caps and World Cup appearances in 2006 and 2010, Onyewu now serves as the Assistant Sporting Director for U.S. Soccer. In his current role, he helps shape the future of the sport through strategic leadership and development initiatives. With a professional career spanning top clubs in Europe and a deep commitment to growing the game, Onyewu brings a wealth of experience and insight to the Summit stage.
